I am doing regular crunches, still not getting the desired abs...my tummy is still dere...i m a regular gym goer and take my abs

As a general tip, Focus on strength training and include abs workout on alternate days like Floor Crunches, floor leg raise, alternate floor leg raise, sit ups, hanging leg raise, plank, Incline leg raise, side crunches, dumbell side bending, romein chair crunches. Also, focus on high protein diet.
