I am ectomorphy and i want yo put up weight. but my epitite is not so strong to eat enough fatty things. please tell me what should i do to acheive my goal.

On a general note, as an ectomorph body need a high caloric intake that should come from natural protien sources and carbohydrates. For someone doing the workout, supplementation will be as following-1.- whey protein concentrate post workout. BCAA as an intra workout and creatine as pre-workout.
