I am going to gym from last 4 months .and i m doing hard workout in the gym .but i m not satisfy .my muscle is not building up properly.

If you call me I will ask some more important question .and tell me diet chart for muscle building

For muscle building you can take MB Whey isolate along with multi vitamin. Whey isolate 1 scoop post work out with water can be consumed. Isolate is pure form of protein it does not contain any carbs, You can take whey isolate twice a day depending on your workout. Drink 3-4 of water in a day. Also you need a good protein in your diet like egg white, chicken , fish etc.
