I am hard gainer and lactose intolerant ! plz suggest me best suppliments and dietfor gaining mass and muscle

WELL I AM GOING TO GYM ND WORKING OUT REGULARLY BUT NOT ABLE TO GAIN ANY WEIGHT OR MUSCLE MASS. I AM UNDER WEIGHT AND EVEN LACTOSE INTOLERANT.   PLZ SUGGEST ME THE BEST VEGETERIAN  DIET PLAN AND SUPPLIMENTS FOR ME WHICH CAN HELP ME TO GAIN SOME WEIGHT AND MUSCLES !

Make this mass gainer and have it right before you sleep. Should help.

  • 2 scoops Whey Protein Isolate
  • 3tbsp of Peanut Butter
  • 2 fistfulls of blueberrys/stawberries
  • 1tbsp of olive oil
  • Mix it well with ice and water
