I am not losing weight

My age us 22 and weight is 94 and height is 5'6 . I am doing cardio in gym from last many months but my weight is still the same. my diet is also controlled with consuming 1700 calaories per day.there is so much fat on my thighs.cellulite is there.what to do please help.

Anurag,

You should cut down you simple carbs, simple sugar, saturated fat from your diet, Follow this supplement stack for better results:

1. Whey ISOLATE(as post-workout)

2. BCAA ( as intra-workout)
3. Multivitamin 

4. Omega 3

5. CASEIN ( as a night time protein)

6. Fat burner caps

And train yourself 6 days in a week and do 20 minute cadio after workout daily.

As you are trying to build muscle and loose fat you need to take the high protein diet and low fat diet .The calorie distribution through out the day should be based on this parameter. 50– 55% of energy should come from carbohydrate(complex) , 25-30 % should come from protein and rest 15- 20% from fat. You need to consume small and frequent meals. You can have 5 - 6 meals in an overall day which includes three major meals breakfast , lunch and dinner and along with it you need to have 1- 2 small meals or snack like sprout chat/ fruit chat ( low glycemic index fruits) , boiled eggs, paneer etc in between these major meals. In the supplementation category one can go with the supplements like fat burner,whey isolate protein , bcaa, glutamine and omega 3 depending upon the intensity of workout and the duration of workout .
