I am not losing weight

My age us 22 and weight is 94 and height is 5'6 . I am doing cardio in gym from last many months but my weight is still the same. my diet is also controlled with consuming 1700 calaories per day.there is so much fat on my thighs.cellulite is there.what to do please help.

Anurag,

Start weight training. It will help you immensely. Weight train for 6 days a week with one hour of cardio.
