I am sanjiv suman & i want my wt loss with muscle build

Hi

As per yur credentials your ideal bodu weight is 65kg. So follow a calorie deficte diet than your requirement. You can reduce approx 300-500 kcal from your daily requirement.

Along with this choose high protein food in your diet like lean chicken, egg whites, grilled fish, whole pulses, good fats, fiber etc. 

For musclebuilding follow a strength training workout followed by HIIT cardio.

For supplements you can consume whey protein isolate post workout.
