I am to make a good physics arms shoulders chest nothing else

how to make it with exercise

You need to do regular weight training and if you are above 18 years of age, add a good quality whey protein and BCAA to gain and maintain muscles. Also you need to take high complex carbohydrate and high protein diet, i.e. include boiled egg whites, boiled chicken/ fish, low fat milk, curd & paneer, dals, soyabean, brown rice, multigrain bread, steamed vegetables, fruits with peels etc).
