On a general note, you can consume mass gainer post workout and 1 serving between the two meals along with the milk or water. Creatine can be consumed pre-workout depending upon your need.

Along with that consume good fats in the form of nuts and seeds like almonds, walnuts, flaxseed, pumpkin seeds, peanut butter. Consume banana shake, figs and dates.
