I am working out from 3 ysr...but can't make my calf bigger..plz help me out

Size of muscle depends upon the intensity of your workout. Since calf muscles come under small muscle group so it takes time, do calf workout twice a week. You can add weights to it as per your strength, increase the number of reps. For more information, you can contact us.
