I had loose my weight from 78 to now 73 .i want to build muscles with stamina in almost 4 months.

i want to build muscles and weight must reach upto 80kg my height is 174cms     so kindly suggest me some proper supplements .my daily routine include running minimum 4-5 kms daily.
