I have 100 kg weight with height of 6 ft,i wish to reduce the weight to 90 kg and my age is 65 years

My weight is 100 kg, height is 6 ft amd age is 65 years. I regularly do the exercise for about one hour including yoga and badmingon. I wish to reduce my weightbgo 90 kg. Kinldy help

Hi,

Better to join workout ( light compound workout and cardio) 4-5 days in a week or go for Jogging, yoga and badminton is good but not enough. Skip your dinner and use Incredio (Meal replacement) and use apple cider vinegar 30ml empty stomach.
