I have 2 upper packs. but after intense workout i am not lossing lower belly fat. please help

Hi,

In case you are not getting results, then there is a probability that your cardio sessions are not appropriate or you are overtraining your muscles, recovery time is an important element.

Do not do long distance cardio at a static speed, it's recommended for you to do cardio after weight training sessions for short duration at high intensity.

Do hanging leg raises, reverse crunches and obliques for the lower belly.

Maintain your protein requirement, through diet and supplement.
