I have a little fat on belly

i have a little fat over my belly. suggest me exercises and food suppliment. my height is 184 and my weight is 83 kgs . and psl suggest me some effective chest exercise

You can add 3-4 cups of green tea in your day to day schedule or 3 caps of garcinia cambogia (15 minutes before every major meals). also u can use L-carnitine (3 g per day) as supplement too.

And also, cut down simple carb , simple sugar, saturated fat, a lot of sodium from your diet, take small and frequent rich protein meals in a whole day and  make sure that you meet your daily requirement of protein according to your body weight.

Hi

You need to do training like once you hit the gym you nee to do warm uo exercises then weight training for 1 body part then at last you need to do cardio for 20 min relegiously and in your diet less fat,less salt,less simple carbs with appropriate amount  of protein near about 81 gm according to your IBW .
