I have a serious issue.. can u help me?

I enjoy going to gym and want to do something in it.But the problem lies in my shoulder who wouldnt let me.My one shoulder was dislocated earlier. I can feel the power within me but i cant because my shoulder wont allow me.I lift good weights but on shoulders i have just been consistent or at equilibrium. Should i go in for a sugery or i should keep lifting? I just want to do it through out my life so plz suggest me something..?

Hi Ankur,

When it comes to shoulder mobility please always warm up properly with rotator cuff excercises before working out. Since you have dislocated your shoulder I would recommend lighter weights but higher reps. Try supersets (one excercise after the other) with minimal rest. But before all of this please do consult your physician if you are cleared for working out. If the doctor states; you may need surgery. Hope this helps!

rotatory cuff issues can only be treated with scar tissue removal by surgery.alternative you need to keep off gym.shoulder impingement is a serious issue whereby blood flow to the injured area is less.plz consult your doctor asap
