I have bean trying get abs and working on my exercise and food i have droped my weight from 79 to 74 but i need some food and exercise guidance

My height -5.8. My weight 73.600kg biceps size 15inch, waist 31.6 shoulder length 19inch, legs (thies) 23inch chest 39 inch and I train 6 days a week. 3-4 days abs in intervals + body part single .i take less carb and fat in food .i take supplements casein and whey .. Plz provide some advice or exercise schedule.i have 4 big abs I want to convert them into 6 or more...I will be very thank full if you help ​ ​ ​ ​b
