I have been lifting for the past two years and i'm a university student. i have very limited time to cook but still manage , however i am stuck with the same protein source that is chicken. do you think it will prevent me from attaining maximum gains ?

I have read somewhere that if the body gets used to a certain diet it stops growing. Is there any truth to this ? Wanted to know because I am not feeling confident about my diet and this affects me in the long run. I want to lift knowing that i am maximizing every opportunity to get huge. Cheers mate.
