I have been training for 5years.so what should be the perfect routine for me,5days split(one muscle each day) or 2muscle group per day?f.y.i- height-5ft 9inchs,weight-74kgs

If its 5day split,then what should be the sequence?

Hi. Pls let us know your goal, whether you want gaining or Leaning. if want gaining muscles than hit one day one muscle with heavy weights and for leaning hit two muscle group each day.
