I have some questions before how much time you have taken 133 to 98 kg and mention height. Is you go for weight training or do only cardio? I think you go for healkart transformation package. in your case they will solve the problem in deep.

Hi Vishant am training from the last july,In the first 3 mnths i cut down around 20 kg and then month by month and now i was stable at around 97-98 with 6 feet height...At starting i was doing more of cardio and running only but from the last 5-6 months am doing weight training also,,,but because of my weak lower back i was not able to concentrate on abs in starting for 8-9 months but now i have started doing the same..Healthkart transformation package?

Hi Amrit,

That's some serious weight loss. Be proud of yourself man! The stomach fat is last to go and judging from your statement, you need to lose more weight. Keep weight training to strengthen your core and abs.

Your ideal weight is around 80kg so it time to lose more weight... Take more protein moderate carbs , after 5 pm take light food which have protein & cut down carbs. Protein is good Supliment which is helpful in weight loss. Take green tea 3 time morning , before workout , evening. I recommended casein protein which have properties slow digestion, take it in morning and specially in before bed at night. Do cardio after weight training for 30 to 40 min. Eat low calorie fruits papaya ,apple, banana after workout.

Guys 1 more question, Can i take Creatine after my workout as i was still on my weight loose training, Does this help me in add on some strength?
