I have joined gym before 2 weeks. i have started my workout. i am planning to take whey on protien. is that ok for beginners?

My weight is 58 age 21 and heght-5'6

Yes, you can start the protein supplement. Anybody who is doing workout, has an increased protein requirement. Once it has been a week or 10 days of workout, you can start with 1 scoop of Protein in water after workout. Then gradually the dosage of protein increases as per the increase in the intensity of workout one is doing.
