I have ordered onn creatine , whey on gold standard and muscle muscleblaze bcaa ....can u tell me how to intake the three of it

A proper schedule how to intake them,....

Hi Krishna, you need to have 1 Scoop of ON Gold Standard and 1 Scoop of Creatine in 250- 300 ml of water post workout. If you are doing intense workout then you can take 1 more scoop of protein in the other half of the day. BCAA is to be taken 1 Scoop in water during workout.
