I have very low power in my hands so i cant take more weights.i m aged 22

how to increase the hand power so that i can take more weights in gym.i go 6 days per week.but still its harder for me to take a maximum of 3 pushups.what if i take whey protein.will that help me?if yes which protein i should take.its been only half a month i hv been to gym.but since its so hard for me to take weights i feel insulted in front of others who work out in there a way to solve this.i cant even take a single pull hand power is very less.i cant concentrate weights on my hand
