I have whey protien with creatine with me help me out to confirm the procedure for the usage for the better results

Whey Protein should be taken 1 scoop after you wake up, and 1 scoop after training. Creatine, if you are using creatine monohydrate, as you should be, take 5g after your workout with 2 tbsp of glucose.
