I m not able to build muscle ,fat %age is little bit more ,which supplement should i take

m 20 M goal muscle building lack of strength on chest day and shoulders day fat is accumulated on belly which suppliment will b best

If you are on your ideal weight then go for a muscle builder first like MUSCLETECH Nitrotech, MUSCLEBLAZE Whey pro, RONNIE COLEMAN Proantium etc.Also take 6 rich protein diet and hit your gym minimum 6 days in a week.
