I need a good bulking/muscle building workout program and supplements.

Hello, I am 5'8" 58kgs (69-72 goal weight), started working out at 41kgs, but now I live in college hostel so I dont have any trainer, Can you recommend me a good workout program for muscle building/bulking up, as I am pretty much ripped now and also supplements required to reach my goal. Thankyou :)

Dipanjali,

Since you are ripped, you would want to go on a clean bulk. For a bulk, do remember to be at least 200-300 calories above your maintainance and not to forget the ratios of protein, carbohydrate and fats to be 40-40-20 respectively.
