I need a high protein diet plan for muscle building

Hi 

For muscle building focus on lean chicken, egg white, grilled fish. Among cereals, you can consume quinoa, oats and brown rice. Along with this consume peanut butter, nuts and seeds like walnuts, almonds, flaxseed, sunflower seeds.

Also, consume whey isolate post workout.
