I need big muscle with perfect shape

I have recenty done weight loss apx.12 kg now i want to gain more muscle with perfect shape.

Hi Niraj,

You did't mention your details, i will recomend you to take balanced diet 3 hourly. Do Compund exercises and have whey protein post workout with water and blend protein before bed, BCAA during workout.
