I need to gain chest within 2-3 month

Hi,

To increase chest you should lift heavy weights during workouts focus more on free weights instead of machines. A basic chest workout will be like as follows-

1. FLAT BENCH PRESS       4 SETS 15, 10, 8, 6 REPS
2.INCLINE BENCH PRESS  4 SETS 15, 10, 8, 6 REPS
3.DIPS                                   4 SETS 15-10 REPS
4. FLAT BENCH  FLY            4 SETS 15-10 REPS
