I play basketball and hockey daily for 2 hours each ..what should be my diet for fitness

As a general, if you are playing 2 hours a day, you need a balanced diet with complex carbohydrates, lean protein, and good fats.

Include complex carbohydrates like oats, whole-grain cereals, whole pulses, lean chicken, egg whites, fish, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds or chia seeds, milk and its product.

You can also include banana and few nuts like almonds and walnuts before the workout.

1-2 servings of fruits and 1 fist of nuts in a day are good for you.
