I play professional football. what is the right kind of supplement for me??

i am a speedy player,so i dont want to loose it, just want to gain some more energy and stamina on the pitch.

For an athlete like you, you need a protein for immediate recovery and at the same time, sufficient amount of carbs as well to fuel your activity. Whey protein concentrate should serve the purpose in your case.

At the same time your body muscles should be well recovered, so have BCAA during work out and at night l- glutamine 5g just before bed.
