I regularly hit gym and do so 06 days a week. i'm taking whey protein and creatine as supplements. as of now i take creatine immediately after my workout and take protein after 1 hour. am i doing correct? if not please guide me for optimal results.

You need to consume protein within 20 min of workout with water and you can mix creatine as well. The reason is 75% of your body muscles will recover in 20 mins after your workout if you take protein, otherwise it will take 72 hours to repair.
