I wanna do powerlifting, for muscle building, as normal gymming is not working and i am an ectomorph

Hi Ronit

In your case generic power training won't help you as you mentioned your body type ectomorph. For ecto-morph body type you need to work 75 -85% of your one rep max as 8-12 reps each set of every exercise .Along with that you need increased amount of protein as you need to take at least 5-6 meals rich in protein, like egg whites, boiled chicken, grilled fish etc.             

 Be on the positive calorie state,along with that its advisable to have good whey protein supplements .
