I wanna know what stuff to take and what exercises to do, to get my abs to show?

I have tried a lot to get abs but no luck. I am 6'2" and I weigh almost 75Kg. Please tell me all I need to eat and exercises to do for my abs to show. Also any other tips for overall fitness are most welcome.

ABS

Do your abs workout with heavy weight as well as cut down simple carb , simple sugar, saturated fat, a lot of sodium from your diet, take small and frequent rich protein meals in a whole day and  make sure that you meet your daily requirement of protein according to your body weight, Follow this supplement stack for better results:

1. Whey ISOLATE(as post-workout)

2. BCAA ( as intra-workout)
3. Multivitamin 

4. Omega 3

5. CASEIN ( as a night time protein)

And train yourself 6 days in a week and do 20 minute cadio after workout daily.
