I want to add size to my arms and shoulder as these are my weak points by genetics.please guide me.

I do workout in morning. And taking muscleblaze whey protein with a healthy diet. But my torso is wide and muscular as well as my legs also. But my arms size is 12 1/2. I want to make my arms upto at least 15 inch and also shoulders into that proportion. Please give me suggestions on my workout reginme and diet.

Do lots of supersets for arms. One exercise of biceps followed by one exercise for triceps. This will get you good results. For exercises you can see our blog section:
