I want to be healthy and pain less life

Dear SIr/Madam, I am having problem of vitamin D3 deficiency. and Nack pain, back pain. now a days i am doing gym daily bases. i feel littile bit healther but now i need some suppliment to enhance my stemina. and muscle. with support to my bone. so kinldy guide me which suppliment will help ful for me. and plz dont guide me any stiroide.

hi piyush,

try whey protein. n vitamin c and u  cna try shellcal( vitamin d3 with calcium).

Hi Piyush, seems like your are having a tough life buddy. But trust me, working out will ease most of your problems. If the pain persists, try observing your exercise form or posture OR the posture you are sleeping in - most common reasons of pain.

If you have recentlry started workng out and are observing pain in muscles, it is completely normal & is called as DOMS. But do try to increase your portein intake naturally or by taking whey protein. If joint pain persits, take joint supplements which have vit d3, calcium, magnesium in it.
