I want to build a lean muscle body. my current body fat is 12%. my weight is 66kg. it's been a month since i start training my body. i want to know which protein or which supplements should i take to get best result with lean muscle mass?

Hi,

When we say " lean muscle body "  we mean muscular body with minimum fat %. You are at 12 percent body fat which is quite good, for getting leaner muscles you should use isolate whey protein, BCAA, and a pre-workout.  Concentrate on a high protein diet and workout at least 4-5 days a week.
