I want to build lean muscle , can't decide between amino & creatine powder

Hi ,  I have been trying to build to lean muscle for some time now . i have also around 6kg weight in that process. Now , i am confused in what supplement to take for strength. Is Amino would be good or creatine powder would be good. If I start Amino Acids Supplement then should i take Dynamtize product :  Dymatize Super Amino Liquid, 946 ml Orange  or  Dymatize BCAA Complex 2200, 200 caplets Unflavoured   I am very confused between these two. Please advice me guys.

Hi Sorav,

You did't mentioned your details, Don't be confuse Amino and Creatine are different product for different usage. As per your concern use creatine for strength, load for 5 days ( 20gm everyday in divided dose) then use 5gm every day post workout for 2 month then stop for 1 month then again start as started. Use BCAA 5gm with 300ml water during workout. Whey protein 1 scoop postworkout with water 1 scoop in the evening with water/milk. Be confident and take good diet.
