I want to build muscle.

weight- 61kg height-5.7  i am skinny. and i used to go gym from last 6 year but i never build good physique. i want to transform myself. please me out.

According to your height your weight should around 68 kgs.


You should go for a mass gainer first which cointain protein:carb should be 1:5  like ON Serious Mass, DYMATIZE Super mass gainer, ULTIMATE NUTRITION  Muscle juice, MUSCLEBLAZE XXL, TWINLAB suoer gainer fuel etc. also have six healthy meals in a day and hit your gym minimum 5 days in a week with heavy weight and just 10-12 reps per set.
