I want to gain muscles but in lean formation.

my weight is 65 kg, and age is 27 yrs, sir i want to gain muscles but in lean formation. at the meantime i used creatine and 500 gm boiled chicked after workout without fail. rest no extra diet taken.

Take 200 calories above your maintainance and get enough protein. At least 1gm per pound of lean bodymass.
