I want to gain muscles weight?

I AM 24 YEARS OLD AND MY WEIGHT IS 54 KG (86% MUSCLES) BUT I WANT TO GAIN WEIGHT UPTO 64 KG , BUT AFTER SO MANY EFFORT I AM FAIL TO DO SO , SO KINDLY SUGGEST ME DIET.

Hi,

To gain weight by 10 kg, you need to consume a mass gainer along with the calorie dense diet. Diet plays a major role here. Consume, like banana shake, fig shake, dates, walnuts and almonds. Also consume peanut butter, flaxseed, sunflower seeds, almond butter and whole grain cereals. Choose a good carb and fat combination like peanut butter over a whole wheat toast or chapati.
