To gain weight, you need to focus on diet, workout and supplement. Include calorie dense food like banana shake, figs, chikoo, dates in your diet. You can add peanut butter in these shakes as well. Have nuts and seeds also for good fat support.

Start doing workout and include mass gainer post workout for faster results.
