I want to gain weight.

Hi I was 37 yrs and my weith is 54 kgs and hight 167.5 cm. two yrs back stoped doing my regular exercises like going for walk, joging and some weight gaining exercises in gym. but now I want to gain weight so please help which supliments i have to take and what type exercises I have to do, that I will gain weight. thanking you all.

Just calculate your calories and eat above your maintainance.

According to your height your weight should be 65 kgs but you are on 54 i.e you are around 9 kgs under weight so, I think you should go for a lean mass gainer or a multiblend protein like syntha 6, dymaitze Elite XT, muscle blaze PRO 7 etc. and you have take 2 scoops in a day minimum, one after workout with water and second you can have with milk ( Any time in a day)

 

And also, do workout weight as well as cardio traning both minimum 5 days in a week.

You ideal weight is 68 max so you need to gain more I recommend gainer for weight gain, take any gainner, MuscleBlaze XXL is good and pro 7.
