I want to get a lean but well built physique....i am 31 years old, 5 feet 6.5 inches tall, weighing 73 lilos. ...i am a pure vegetarian

I am 5 feet 6.5 inches tall, weighing 73 kgs. I am a vegetarian. I am working out for about 3 months trying to get a lean but well built physique. ...kindly guide me supplements which are vegetarian and help me shedding extra fat, build muscles and increase my stamina.

Hi

You can consume whey isolate post workout and BCAA intra workout. For vegetarian supplement you can choose either Muscle blaze whey isolate or My Protein Impact isolate.

Follow HIIT cardio after strength training for better results and maintain a healthy diet.
