I want to get bigger

I want to build big muscels and volume like john abraham and look like hulk. need to know the right workout for bigger arms, shoulders, deltoids. lats ,legs and chest. need someone to guide me. and all i can workout is 1.5 hours of the day and 6 days a week. please need guide.
