I want to get ripped in 8% body fat.. now i'm in 13%.. what should i do?

To drop your body fat% further, you need to focus on your diet and workout. Maintain your calorie count for the day, reuce your carbohydrate slighty, further and increase your protein intake upto 1.5g to 2gm/kg body weight to prevent muscle loss.

Do HIIT cardio at the end of weight training session, which will increase your capability to burn fat.

You can use whey isolate post workout nad BCAA as intra workout to protect your muscle mass. You can use a fat burner as a preworkout as well to enhance the performance. Include multivitamin and fish oil as well.
