I want to increase muscularity of my body

Sir i m a bodybuilder . My weight is 67 . Height 5^7 I do 2 body parts exercises daily . Now the problem is tht i want to increase musculaity of my body . I eat proper diet full nutrional. So plz tell me .

You should take 6 rich protein diet in a whole day beacuse you need somewhere around 130 grm of protein for best results.you should cut down you simple carbs, simple sugar, saturated fat from your diet and take Whey Isolate and BCAA as your supplement stack, it will be really beneficial for your muscle growth.

Do your exercise with minimum 4 exercise of one body parts of 3-4 sets with 15-18 reps per set. Do your cardio session after your workout for best results.
