I want to increase my muscle mass..i m 5.8 feet hving wright of 65 kg

As per your credentials, your ideal body weight is 72 kg, so you need to cover few more kgs. To increase muscle mass consume whey protein post workout. Include high protein diet like lean chicken, egg whites, grilled fish. Include vegetables like beans, mushroom, broccoli and pulses in your diet.
