I want to know which whey protein should i take to build lean muscle.i am a 5'5 21 year old boy weighing 60kgs.

i do high intensity workouts daily can i also know how much calories and protiens should i counsume daily.thank you

As per your credentials, your ideal body weight is 65kg, if you are doing high-intensity workout then you can consume whey protein concentrate.

Your protein intake should be 2g/kg of body weight and calories should be around 2200kcal. Include complex carbohydrates, lean protein like egg whites, lean chicken, grilled fish and nuts and seeds for good fats in your diet.
