I want to knw about calorie deficit..

I am 24 years old 65 kg weight and height is 5'10....my tdee is somewhere around 2500 what should be the best calorie intake for calorie deficit and getting ripped all year around ..i am a model nd now want to enter in fitness modeling ..nd what should be macros for staying ripped..???plz help

Hi Nazam,

It is no secret that fitness models take other ''supplements'' to stay lean all year around. However from a macro perspective, you should be eating 1492 calories to lose 0.5kg/week and then reverse diet to your required weight. Do not think you can stay ripped all year round. Only steroids can achieve that.
