I want to look ripped and lean

I am 6ft 3 in tall at 95 KG, I have gained muscle and have been working out from past 6 months with heavy weights., I am a eggetarian. I was fat before and after intense training have gained muscle mass....should I need to do cutting...? How to start cutting ? Diet and workout plans ? Supplements ?

Heres a step by step program of what you need to do:

1. Calculate your maintainance calories. Subtract 500 and this is your daily caloric intake

2. Keep protein high. 45% of your diet, Carbs low. 35% and keep the fats ALWAYS at 20% of your diet

3. Workout regularly each bodypart per day. Train 6 days a week. At least 5 exercises per bodypart per day. One week low reps and heavy weight, next week high reps and moderate weight. Keep on alternating this

4. Do cardio twice a day for 15 minutes

5. Whenever your weight stops going down, add another day of cardio and when you are doing cardio 6 days a week, cut down your calories by 500 and then again until you get the desired result
